These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gde33 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the gde33 website and all associated gaming services, betting markets, promotional offers and support facilities accessible at gde33.org.

Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your gde33 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address and a valid contact method. You are required to update this information promptly whenever it changes.

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. gde33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gde33 platform are processed in accordance with our payment procedures and the policies of our payment partners. By making a deposit, you confirm that the payment method you are using is registered in your own name and that you are the authorised account holder.

Deposits

gde33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

gde33 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin promotions and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's own terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• A bonus may only be claimed once per player per promotion period unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once — including through a second account — constitutes abuse.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gde33 platform and may result in account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information, including submitting forged or altered identity documents during KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players, including team betting or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit platform mechanics or bonus structures.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated process to place bets, exploit game logic or conduct any other activity on the platform without human interaction.
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing terrorism or any other criminal purpose.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or misrepresenting your location to circumvent geographic restrictions.

gde33 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is detected, gde33 may act immediately and without prior notice, including freezing account balances pending investigation.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
